Directions 

2 tsp per cup of boiling water - steep covered for 8 mins - 1-3 cups per day.

Flavour Profile  

Lemon Balm & fennel are the dominant herbs giving a slightly minty & sweet taste. Once brewed, tea is blue in color due to the butterfly pea flowers. The depth of blue will depend on how many flowers are added to your cup.
